John Reminis of the East Nowra Bakery is one of the most famous bakers in Australia and has been for a long time. John recently won the Best Plain Pie in Australia and keeps it local by sourcing his meat from another Demons' sponsor, Les Beresford from the East Nowra Butchery, right next door! John's son, John Jnr, recently won the Worldskills Australia gold medal in Retail Baking - Bread, and if his category is included in the International Worldskills Competition, he will be off to Brazil to represent Australia later this year.
